Hamburg tells another story for this time.

PETA's Animal Rights Advocacy Association which has 6.5 million members and supporters worldwide is fighting for awareness in many areas. Their new and unique idea for New Year is placing the lighted dog silhouettes on the streets of Hamburg to pay attention for the release of animals given as Christmas gifts.

Peta wanted to pay attention to the idea of ‘’Animals are not Christmas gifts’’
The message in this short video is so clear and naive. In the project which is signed by Serviceplan Campaign International, street animal silhouettes are equipped with small bulbs to make the night more visible. It is clear that these striking lights on the streets of Hamburg where street animals are leftmost. Therefore, this project creates a significant awareness of the city and Germany.

We hope that the same sensitivity applies to all our animal friends in our country, too
